We pray that the Trees clear so we can see the forest Light shines where it is darkness Smiles replace the frowns Good always outweigh the bad Pain will not last forever Tribulation does not overcome us We pray We pray that the Sun never ceases to shine Homeless will always have shelter Children without a mother or father becomes another Friends are truly friends Abuse children are heard Battered women are not judged Hatred never conquers us all We pray We pray that the Love of two never ends Poison is never without an antidote Hand that is open never closes One who is struggling never gives up Depression allows one to return to self Hand that writes poetry never stops Pages of time never stop turning Grief never swallows up ones left behind We pray We pray that the One who has been hurt by another can love again People can see always the good instead of the bad Another’s pain becomes our pain Road always has room enough for two Dreams rise from our pillows and become a reality Horses never be without their gallop or their mane Profanity never replaces the human language Music never is misused from what He purposed it to be Love given freely can cover all the hatred in this world War is never the answer We pray to He and in our hearts and minds that There is always a new day to begin Moments of importance are frozen never to be forgotten Past happenings don’t become our future Ears are never without the music of nature Eyes are never without sight or color Hearts always flow with love Hands are always joining to another Mouths always speak with love, encouragement, and truth Mental illnesses are not reasons for isolation No matter where we live in this big old world, people are people and we all feel We can learn something from animals and that they should never be mistreated We pray We pray We pray that We never forget that He hears us no matter Who we are Where we are What we have done What kind of condition we find ourselves in How many the worries or the tears We pray and He hears us I pray I pray My God I pray That I can always remember this I pray
